# Managing and exporting presentations

> Review, organize, export, and share finished presentations.

Export the latest saved version only after checking the complete deck. Use PPTX when someone needs to continue editing and PDF when stable visual output is more important.

## Before exporting

* Review the story, slide order, and titles.
* Verify important numbers, names, and claims.
* Check text density, line wrapping, and content near slide edges.
* Inspect charts, tables, images, and custom fonts.
* Open the exported file once before sharing it.

## Cloud

Cloud stores presentations in the managed application and exports from the latest saved version. Continue editing and export again without regenerating the deck.

## Self-hosted

Presentations and generated files use persistent application storage. Keep `/app_data` mounted across container replacements. The bundled export runtime creates supported PPTX and PDF output locally.
