# AI assistant

> Use plain-language requests to improve an existing presentation.

The AI assistant works inside your presentation. Tell it what to change, review the result, and continue refining until the slide says exactly what you need.

## What you can ask for

<CardGroup cols={2}>

    Shorten text, change tone, clarify an idea, or adapt the message for a different audience.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Change the story" icon="list-ol">
    Add, reorder, rewrite, or remove outline sections and slides.

  <Card title="Improve a slide" icon="object-group">
    Fix hierarchy, use a better layout, add a comparison, or make content easier to scan.

## A good request has three parts

1. **Where:** name the slide or section.
2. **What:** describe the change you want.
3. **What to preserve:** mention facts, numbers, wording, or design choices that must stay unchanged.

For example:

> On slide 4, turn the three paragraphs into a clear comparison for executives. Keep every number unchanged and use a confident, concise tone.

## Review every change

The assistant uses the current deck, source material, and earlier conversation as context. It can still misunderstand an ambiguous request, so review important facts and figures before exporting.

<Tip>
  Ask for one clear outcome at a time. Focused requests are easier to review and usually produce better edits.
