# Report an issue or contact support

> Collect useful diagnostics and ask for help safely.

## Include these details

* Documentation and application version
* Cloud or self-hosted deployment mode
* The workflow and exact step that failed
* Expected and actual behavior
* Exact error text, HTTP status, or task state
* Time of the failure and whether it is repeatable
* For self-hosted deployments: operating system, deployment method, image tag, and relevant sanitized logs

## Do not include

* API tokens, passwords, cookies, or private keys
* Provider secrets or complete environment files
* Confidential source documents or presentation content
* Personal information that is unrelated to the problem
