Shared workflow

  1. Provide the source. Start with a prompt, upload source material, or send structured content through the API.
  2. Review the outline. Reorder sections, remove unnecessary ideas, and add anything missing before slide generation.
  3. Generate the deck. Presenton combines your content with a supported presentation format and visual assets.
  4. Refine and export. Edit the result with available canvas and AI tools, then export it for continued use.

Cloud

Cloud manages the application, AI services, file processing, and export runtime. You sign in and focus on creating the presentation. Cloud also provides its own public v3 API for automated workflows.

Self-hosted

Your deployment performs the same workflow using the providers and storage you configure. Self-hosted Presenton includes a full canvas editor, a v1 API, webhooks, and an MCP server. Operational behavior depends on your deployment and persistent /app_data storage.
