Create the deck

1

Open the creation page

Open Presenton and start a new presentation.
2

Describe the outcome

Enter a prompt that names the audience and goal:
Create a six-slide educational presentation for new managers explaining how to give useful weekly feedback. Include a simple framework and a final checklist.
3

Choose basic settings

Select the slide count and language. In advanced settings, keep the tone educational and content density concise or standard.
4

Generate the outline

Continue to the outline, then read every slide title in order. Remove repetition and make sure the final slide gives the audience a clear next step.
5

Choose a template

Open the template gallery and select a design that fits the audience.
6

Generate the presentation

Wait for the editor to open with the completed slide list.
7

Edit one slide manually

Select a text object and shorten it. Move or resize an object only if the slide needs better balance.
8

Try the AI assistant

Ask for one focused improvement:
Make slide 4 easier to scan. Preserve the feedback framework exactly.
9

Export the presentation

Download a PPTX, open it, and confirm the text, images, and layout look correct.
The presentation appears on your dashboard, remains editable in Presenton, and opens from the exported PPTX.
