Prepare the source

Choose a document with a clear topic. Note any figures, dates, or conclusions that must be preserved. For a first attempt, use one source instead of several overlapping files.

Generate the deck

1

Start a new presentation

Open the creation page in your Presenton instance.
2

Explain how to use the source

For example:
Turn the attached report into a seven-slide briefing for department leaders. Focus on the findings, risks, and recommended actions. Preserve reported figures exactly.
3

Attach the document

Upload the PDF, office document, spreadsheet, text file, or image and wait for processing to finish.
4

Review the outline against the source

Confirm that the most important findings are present and correctly prioritized. Add a missing recommendation or remove unnecessary background before continuing.
5

Select a template and generate

Choose a design appropriate for the audience and create the presentation.
6

Verify source-based content

Compare important numbers, dates, names, and claims with the original file. Fix errors directly or through a precise assistant request.
7

Export and inspect

Download the final format and open it before sharing.
Scanned PDFs and images require OCR. If recognition is poor, use a clearer scan or adjust the LiteParse OCR settings in your deployment.
