Grouping lets several elements move, resize, and layer as one selection. Ungrouping exposes the child elements for independent editing.
Group elements
- Enable Select Edit.
- Select the elements that should behave as one unit.
- Choose Group.
- Move or resize the group and review the spacing between its children.
Ungroup elements
- Select the existing group.
- Choose Ungroup.
- Select and edit the required child element.
- Regroup related elements when coordinated movement is still useful.
Group stable visual compositions. Keep elements separate when they require different alignment, layout, or prompt-editing scopes.
Ungrouping can change how a parent layout controls its children. Review positions, gaps, layers, and responsive behavior after the change.
Control layers
Use Bring forward, Bring to front, Send backward, or Send to back when elements overlap. After changing the order, confirm that:
- Text remains readable.
- Interactive editing targets are not hidden behind larger objects.
- Decorative shapes remain behind the content they support.
- Images, icons, and labels appear in the intended visual order.
